埋刮板输送机在我国有色冶金企业虽早已应用,但不够广泛和普遍。我院最近设计的西北冶炼厂和金川二期工程中,引进和与国外合作设计了一些埋刮板输送机。下面将通过对国外引进技术的消化和以往设计、制造、安装、调试等方面存在的问题,对埋刮板输送机的发展途径进行探讨。一、主要零件的材质我国以往选用的材质较差,致使主要零部件寿命低、维修工作量大,而日本、西德等国埋刮板输送机的主要零件如刮板链条、头轮、尾轮及链条轨道等,都选用强度较高、耐磨性能较好的材料,因而提高了其使用寿命,减少了维修工作量和费用。日本,西德所选用的材料见表1。
