本研究采用免疫组织化学方法观察了PCNA,P21和C-erbB-2基因产物在60例肺癌中的表达及其与肺癌的关系。结果表明,这3种被测物在不同组织类型的肺癌都存在高表达。PC-NA阳性细胞染色位于核区,而P21和C-erbB-2位于细胞浆。3种被测物的阳性细胞的定位与癌组织类型无关,但与癌的发生和发展关系密切。这3种被测物的高表达说明癌细胞的增殖活性增强,癌基因活化或发生突变。我们认为,检测肺癌组织中的PCNA和癌基因产物有助于了解肺癌的生物学行为和预后。
In this study, the expression of PCNA, P21, and C-erbB-2 gene products in 60 lung cancer patients and their relationship with lung cancer were examined using immunohistochemistry. The results showed that these three kinds of analytes were highly expressed in different tissue types of lung cancer. The staining of PC-NA positive cells was located in the nuclear region, while P21 and C-erbB-2 were located in the cytoplasm. The location of positive cells of the three analytes was not related to the type of cancer tissue, but was closely related to the occurrence and development of cancer. The high expression of these three kinds of analytes indicates that the proliferation activity of cancer cells is enhanced and oncogenes are activated or mutated. We believe that the detection of PCNA and oncogene products in lung cancer can help to understand the biological behavior and prognosis of lung cancer.
