目的 研究去氢骆驼蓬硷对小鼠移植性肿瘤及肿瘤细胞株的抑制作用。方法 体内抑瘤试验选用肉瘤S—180、肝癌H_(22)、艾氏腹水癌等瘤株腹腔注射给药,观察对实体瘤的抑制作用及对腹水癌的生命延长作用。体外细胞毒试验选用K_(562)、Hela细胞株,采用MTT法,计算对肿瘤细胞株平均细胞生长抑制率。结果 去氢骆驼蓬硷对肉瘤S—180及肝癌H_(22)的抑制率具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)对艾氏腹水癌作用不明显。对K562细胞生长半数抑制浓度IC_(50)为3.8μg/ml,对Hela细胞生长半数抑制浓度IC_(50)为13.1μg/ml。结论 去氢骆驼蓬硷对肿瘤细胞体内抑瘤试验、体外细胞毒试验均有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of hydrogenated Peganum officinalis on transplanted tumor and tumor cell lines in mice. Methods In vivo anti-tumor tests selected sarcoma S-180, liver cancer H_(22), Ehrlich ascites carcinoma and other tumor strains were injected intraperitoneally to observe the inhibitory effect on solid tumors and prolong life of ascites cancer. In vitro cytotoxicity assay K-(562), Hela cell line was selected and MTT method was used to calculate the average cell growth inhibition rate of tumor cell lines. Results There was a significant difference in the inhibitory rate of sarcoma S-180 and hepatoma H_(22) (P<0.01). There was no obvious effect on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. The IC 50 concentration of K562 cells was 3.8 μg/ml, and the IC 50 concentration of Hela cells was 13.1 μg/ml. Conclusion The dehydrogenated Peganum officinalis had obvious inhibitory effects on tumor cells in vitro and cytotoxicity assays in vitro.
