床温是火电厂循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统中的一个重要参数。在分析循环流化床锅炉床层温度被控对象动态特性的基础上,提出一种二阶自抗扰控制床温系统的设计方法,并将仿真结果与PID控制方法的仿真结果进行了比较。研究表明:ADRC在超调量、调节时间上均优于常规PID方法;在各种工况以及增加外扰情况下,该自抗扰控制方案具有良好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,解决了该系统时变、大延迟的控制难点。
Bed temperature is an important parameter in the combustion control system of circulating fluidized bed boiler in thermal power plant. Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of bed temperature controlled objects in a circulating fluidized bed boiler, a design method of second order ADRC bed temperature control system is proposed. The simulation results are compared with those of the PID control method. The results show that ADRC outperforms the conventional PID method in both overshoot and adjustment time. The ADRC control scheme has good robustness and anti-jamming capability under various operating conditions and increasing external interference, The time-varying system, the delay of the control difficult.
