该研究通过对比学习者英语学术论文和国际期刊论文语料库,考察学习者学术英语写作中结果副词的使用特征。研究发现:学习者能够在学术论文中使用结果副词表达结果或推论,且使用词汇具有多样性;两个语料库中高频出现的结果副词具有一致性,但个体之间在频率和句间/句内连接分布上呈现差异性;结果副词在词汇搭配层面也有一定规律,学习者存在使用不足和误用现象,需提升学习者使用典型搭配的意识。
The study compares the learner English academic papers and the international journal essay corpus to examine the learner’s usage characteristics of the result adverbs in academic English writing. The study found that learners can use the result adverbs to express the results or inferences in academic papers and the vocabulary is diversified. The result adverbs appearing in high frequency in the two corpora are consistent, but the frequency of interpersonal and inter-sentence / sentence There are differences in the distribution of the connection; as a result, the adverbs also have certain rules in the lexical collocation level, the learners have the problems of underuse and misuse, and it is necessary to enhance the learners’ awareness of using typical collocations.
