目的了解北京市某企业鸡精生产过程中的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,评价其职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理措施的效果。方法采用职业卫生检测、职业卫生现场调查和职业健康检查等方法进行职业病危害现状评价。结果工作场所中其他粉尘的8 h时间加权平均浓度为0.51~7.12 mg/m3,符合国家职业卫生接触限值要求。鸡精(粉)翻转机操作工、上罐工、码拍工8 h等效声级为88.9、88.3和85.1 d B(A),超过国家职业卫生接触限值要求。结论该企业鸡精生产过程中存在稳态噪声的危害,应加强以防噪声为主的综合措施。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and the degree of harm in the production of chicken in a Beijing enterprise and evaluate the effects of occupational disease prevention facilities and occupational health management measures. Methods The occupational disease status was assessed by occupational health examination, occupational health field investigation and occupational health examination. Results The weighted average concentration of other dusts in the workplace for 8 h was 0.51-7.12 mg / m3, which met the national occupational exposure limit requirements. Chicken (powder) turnover machine operator, the tanker, coder 8 h equivalent sound level of 88.9,88.3 and 85.1 d B (A), exceeding the national occupational health exposure limits. Conclusion There is steady-state noise in the production process of chicken essence, and comprehensive measures to prevent noise should be strengthened.
