本文对水质分析中亚硝酸盐的N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺分光光度法能否应用于测定0.5％甲硝唑注射液中亚硝酸盐含量进行了验证,并用于测定市售的四个不同厂家、不同批号0.5％甲硝唑注射液。其中亚硝酸盐(以NO_2~-计)浓度范围为2.2～7.3μg/ml,并且检查原料药中亚硝酸盐含量极微。
