参考国内外研究成果,以大有效粒径和小均匀系数的组合为准则,提出优化的粗集料级配。在优化的粗集料级配的基础上,考察水泥用量、水灰比及砂率等3个因素,各因素取4个水平,进行正交试验设计,对试验结果进行方差分析和曲线拟合,得出了各因素与有效空隙率的一系列回归关系式。试验结果表明,当α=0.05,置信概率为95%时,对多孔水泥混凝土有效空隙率有显著影响的因素是水泥用量和水灰比。当置信概率为90%时,水泥用量、水灰比及砂率等3因素对多孔水泥混凝土的有效空隙率均有显著影响。
Reference to the research results at home and abroad, with the combination of large effective particle size and small uniform coefficient as a guideline, the optimal coarse aggregate gradation is proposed. On the basis of the optimized coarse aggregate gradation, three factors including the cement dosage, water-cement ratio and sand ratio were investigated. The factors were taken as four levels and the orthogonal design was used. The test results were analyzed by ANOVA and curve fitting , Obtained a series of regression equation of various factors and effective porosity. The experimental results show that when α = 0.05, the confidence probability is 95%, the effective porosity of porous cement concrete have significant effect factors are the amount of cement and water-cement ratio. When the confidence probability is 90%, three factors such as the amount of cement, water-cement ratio and sand rate have significant influence on the effective porosity of porous cement concrete.
