辅导员这一类教师群体在高校的发展中扮演了重要的角色,然而随着社会的进步、高等教育的不断发展与改革,作为服务性、助人性行业的辅导员老师,面临着严峻的挑战,工作压力也越来越大。所以辅导员已成为职业倦怠的高发人群。本文主要以天津科技大学为例进行研究,运用问卷法、访谈法对该校的辅导员进行调查,从而提出对策,缓解其职业倦怠,促进辅导员队伍的专业化、专家化发展。“,”Counselors as a kind of teacher groups, play an important role in the development of colleges and universities..However,with the progress of society and the development and reform of higher education,the counselors are facing severe challenge and the working pressure is becoming more and more heavy. As a result,the counselors have become a high-risk groups of job burnout .This paper mainly studies in Tianjin University of Science and Technology.It uses the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate these counselors to put forward the countermeasures to remit job burnout and promote the professional development of counselors.
