本文用硝酸或逆王水分解样品,控制硝酸酸度为0.05—0.18N。用活性炭吸附银和有机质,吸取清液上交换柱,使硒、碲与其他干扰离子分离,并直接用金溶胶诱导比色测定洗出液中的硒。然后用0.8—0.9硝酸洗提碲,用金溶胶诱导比色测定之。 方法简便、快速、检测限低、精密度、准确度能满足地球化学找矿的要求。
In this paper, the sample is decomposed with nitric acid or aqua regia to control the acidity of nitric acid to 0.05-0.18N. Activated carbon is used to adsorb silver and organic matter, and the supernatant is taken up to exchange column to separate selenium and tellurium from other interfering ions, and the selenium in the eluate is directly measured by gold sol-induced colorimetric assay. Tellurium is then eluted with 0.8-0.9 nitric acid and gold color is used to induce colorimetric determination. The method is simple, rapid, low detection limit, precision and accuracy can meet the requirements of geochemical prospecting.
