39例血清样品用酸消化和酸稀释制备待测液,ICP-AES相同条件下同时测定Fe、Zn、Cu、Cr、Cd和Pb。统计结果表明,消化法测得Fe、Zn和Cr显著高于稀释法,Cd低于稀释法;Cu和Pb两法测得结果无显著差异。相关分析表明,两法测得Fe、Cu、Zn和Cr正相关;Pb和Cd不相关。ICP-AES测定动脉粥样硬化和健康对照组间人血清六种微量元素稀释法无显著差异,而消化法测得组间不同程度存在显著性差异。建议采用消化法制备待测液较好。
Thirty-nine serum samples were prepared by acid digestion and acid dilution. Fe, Zn, Cu, Cr, Cd and Pb were determined simultaneously under the same conditions of ICP-AES. The statistical results showed that Fe, Zn and Cr measured by digestion method were significantly higher than the dilution method, Cd was lower than the dilution method; There was no significant difference between Cu and Pb. Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Fe, Cu, Zn and Cr measured by two methods; Pb and Cd were not correlated. ICP-AES determination of atherosclerosis and healthy control group of human serum six trace element dilution method was no significant difference, while the digestive method measured between groups there are significant differences. Recommended digestion method to prepare the test solution is better.
