通过3组实验研究锂与淋巴细胞在调节造血过程中的作用。实验结果提示再生障碍性贫血患者的淋巴细胞对不同丝裂原呈现出4种反应,淋巴细胞对PHA和ConA的反应性均增高;对PHA的反应性增高,对ConA的反应性则降低;对ConA的反应性增高,对PHA的反应性降低;对两种丝裂原的反应性均降低。患者血清对正常淋巴细胞转化能力的抑制与淋巴细胞反应类型无明显关系。实验还发现锂能直接或间接地诱导CFU-S的增殖与分化。锂对T淋巴细胞功能有抑制作用,尤其对T_s细胞有显著的抑制作用,以控制T_s细胞对造血细胞的直接抑制作用。
The effects of lithium and lymphocytes in the regulation of hematopoiesis were studied by three groups of experiments. The results suggest that lymphocytes of patients with aplastic anemia showed four kinds of response to different mitogen, the reactivity of lymphocytes to PHA and ConA increased, the reactivity to PHA increased and the reactivity to ConA decreased. The reactivity of ConA was increased and its reactivity to PHA was decreased. The reactivity to both mitogens was also reduced. There was no significant correlation between the inhibition of normal lymphocyte transformation capacity and the type of lymphocyte reaction in patients’ sera. Experiments also found that lithium can directly or indirectly induce the proliferation and differentiation of CFU-S. Lithium has an inhibitory effect on T lymphocyte function, especially on T_s cells, in order to control the direct inhibitory effect of T_s cells on hematopoietic cells.
