乡村中小学教师成长与县市培训课堂密切相关。县市中小学教师培训课堂创新的有效途径之一是丰富和发展教师的专业情意。丰富的专业情意是教师构建高效课堂的支撑,是新教师向专家型教师发展的引擎,是教育教学行为艺术化的催化剂。培养乡村中小学教师成长的专业情意,可从认知教师职业责任感、认同教师职业使命感及践行教师职业荣辱观等方面着手。
The growth of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas is closely related to the training classes in counties and cities. One of the effective ways to innovate the classroom of primary and secondary school teachers in counties and cities is to enrich and develop teachers’ professional affection. The abundant professional affection is the support for teachers to construct efficient classroom, the engine for new teachers to develop into expert teachers, and the catalyst for artistic teaching and educational activities. Cultivating the professional affection of the growth of rural primary and secondary school teachers can start from the sense of professional responsibility of cognition teachers, the recognition of the professional sense of mission of teachers and the fulfillment of the concept of professional honor and disgrace of teachers.
