根据女性职工特点:工作压力、家庭相处、人际关系紧张等诸多因素而引起的焦虑状态,笔者试图运用问卷调查、实验研究和对比的方法,采用瑜珈运动的呼吸法和体位法相结合的有效手段,改善她们的焦虑程度。从练习者的身体状况入手,对练习瑜珈后不同阶段出现的心理及身体状况进行分析研究,以有效改善女性职工的焦虑程度来促进她们的身心健康。
