目的 研究亚硒酸钠对氯化镉诱导的在体大鼠肝细胞原癌基因c myc、c fos、c jun表达增强的影响。方法 选用雄性SD大鼠 ,每组 5只 ,腹腔注射染毒 ,用Northern斑点杂交方法观察。用5 μmol kgNa2 SeO3 分别与 5 μmol kg、10 μmol kg、2 0 μmol kgCdCl2 联合作用。结果 观察到Na2 SeO3 对CdCl2 所致大鼠肝细胞c myc、c fos、c jun表达增强的拮抗效应。结论 一定剂量的亚硒酸钠能抑制一定剂量的氯化镉引起的大鼠肝细胞原癌基因c myc、c fos、c jun表达增强。
Objective To study the effect of sodium selenite on the expression of proto-oncogenes c myc, c fos, and c jun induced by cadmium chloride in rat liver. Methods Male Sprague-Dawley rats were used in this study. Five rats in each group were injected intraperitoneally with the drug and observed by Northern blot hybridization. 5 μmol kg Na2SeO3 was combined with 5 μmol kg, 10 μmol kg, and 20 μmol kg CdCl2. Results The antagonistic effect of Na2SeO3 on the expression of c myc, c fos and c jun in rat hepatocytes induced by CdCl2 was observed. Conclusion A certain dose of sodium selenite can inhibit the expression of hepatocyte proto-oncogenes c myc, c fos, and c jun induced by a certain dose of cadmium chloride.
