企业绩效管理是对企业整体绩效、部门绩效、员工绩效等进行系统考核、评估、诊断以及持续改进的管理过程,其主要解决的是企业的目标落地问题。在现实生活中,很多企业尽管实施了绩效管理,但是始终没有很好地解决目标落地问题。《红楼梦》第十三回“王熙凤协理宁国府”的故事,为我们提供了一个样板,对当代企业推进绩效管理具有一定的启示。
