针对某石化企业苯乙烯装置蒸汽凝液管网多处发生水锤现象,基于压头守恒方法和集中蒸汽空化模型(DVCM)建立了蒸汽凝液管网的水力学分析模型,对蒸汽凝液管网进行模拟,并对实际管网中发生水锤现象具体位置的压力变化进行了详细分析,从而找出蒸汽凝液管网水锤现象发生的主要原因。分析结果表明,管线内流体压力过低以及不同压力蒸汽凝液混合致使管网空化现象严重是蒸汽冷凝液管网存在水锤的主要原因。
Aiming at the phenomenon of water hammer occurring in the steam condensate pipe network of a styrene plant in a petrochemical enterprise, a hydraulic analysis model of the steam condensate pipe network was established based on the indenter conservation method and the centralized steam cavitation model (DVCM) The simulation of pipe network and the detailed analysis of the pressure changes in the actual location of water hammer occur in the pipe network, so as to find out the main reason for the water hammer phenomenon in the pipe network of steam condensate. The analysis results show that the main cause of water hammer exists in the steam condensate pipe network due to the low pressure of the fluid in the pipeline and the mixture of different pressure steam condensates, which causes the cavitation in the pipe network.
