Objective To evaluate the value of CR in evaluating the healing process of vertebral fracture in rabbits. Methods Twenty-one healthy female Cyanus rabbits with similar age and body weight were selected and treated with vertebral fractures. The fractures were observed at 24h, 72h, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks after fracture Healed CR manifestations, and compared with their pathological changes. Results With the restoration of fractures, the low-density fractures in the vertebral body of vertebral bodies were gradually replaced by the band-like dense shadow, and the vertebral body density increased eventually to equal density. The length of the fractured vertebral body is shortened, and gradually becomes stable with the gradual formation of bony union. Conclusion CR can judge the degree of healing by analyzing the density and length of vertebral body in rabbits.
