任何一堂班会课,都要密切联系学生生活和社会实际,着力解决班级和学生生活、学习中的实际问题。在班务管理中,我们不难看到,不少学生对于班级的事情缺乏责任心,一些不良现象影响了班集体的建设和发展,当然,最终也必将影响学生的道德发展。因此,我从现状出发,围绕“责任”这个主题将本次班会的课题确立为《“芝麻官儿”小责任大》,意图从一个现实的、小的角度切入,以“一人一岗”这一看得见、易落实的形式,把明理、激情与导行有机地结合在一起,力图使本堂班会课取得一些实实在在的效果。本次班会的教育目标是: Any one class class, should be closely linked to student life and social reality, and strive to solve class and student life, study the practical problems.
