采用胆总管插管引流胆汁方法，观察干姜醇提物对大鼠肝脏胆汁分泌的作用。结果显示：干姜醇提物（9g／kg和18g／kg）经口或十二指肠给药均能明显增加胆汁分泌量，维持时间长达3～4h，口服作用更强。
The common bile duct drainage method was used to observe the effects of ethanol extracts on the bile secretion of rat liver. The results showed that oral administration of ethanol extracts (9g/kg and 18g/kg) of both ginger and duodenum significantly increased the amount of bile secretion and maintained it for 3 to 4 hours.
