通过调查医院临床护士的职业心理状态 ,分析和找出护理人员流失的心理原因 ,以便采取有针对性的措施。抽样问卷调查 33所医院 2 41名护士的结果显示 :临床护士普遍存在着“身心疲劳”、“缺乏理解和尊重”、“事业无发展前途”、“职业满意度低”、“再择业倾向大”等职业心理问题 ,潜在的流失倾向很大。针对上述存在问题 ,提出以下对策 :①强化护士职业意识和知识技能教育培养 ,提高整体素质 ,塑造良好的职业形象和职业心态。②改善护士职业的医院和社会环境 ,拓宽护士的服务范围 ,真正使护理成为终身职业 ,促进护理事业持续发展。
By investigating the occupational mental state of hospital clinical nurses, the psychological reasons for the loss of nursing staff are analyzed and identified so that targeted measures can be taken. Sampling survey The results of 421 nurses in 33 hospitals showed that clinical nurses generally suffer from “physical and mental fatigue”, “lack of understanding and respect”, “no prospect for career development”, “low professional satisfaction”, and “probability of re-employment.” "Of occupational psychological problems, there is a great potential for loss. In response to the above problems, the following countermeasures are proposed: 1 Strengthen nurses’ vocational awareness and knowledge and skills education, improve overall quality, and create a good professional image and professional mentality. 2 Improve the hospital and social environment of nurses’ occupations, broaden the scope of nurses’ services, truly make nursing a lifelong career, and promote the sustainable development of nursing.
