许多在人事部门工作的同志常发出感慨:人事工作难做。事实确是如此。由于人事工作难做,对人事干部的政治素质、思想素质和人际交往的能力从客观上就提出了更高的要求。人事干部在人际交往中,只有具备较高的政治思想素质,坚持正确的原则,采取正确的方法,才能取得较好的效果。本文谈两个方面的看法。 一、人事干部人际交往的原则 1、党性原则。坚持这一原则,就是坚持党和人民的利益高于一切的原则。人事干部进行人际交往时,必须首先想到党和人民的利益,想到整体和大局的利益;应一切从工作出发,出以公心。有了这样的出发点,才能不计较个人的恩怨得失,正确对待和处理各方面的关系。相反,如果没有正确的出发点,交往中就会厚此薄彼,甚至在执行干部路线方面出现大的偏差。
