从耕地变化的角度,分析江苏省粮食生产地域分化过程:1990-2009年,在总量相对平衡下,江苏省粮食生产格局从地区平衡自给转向粮食余缺不均高度分化状态.耕地数量减少和耕地用途变更,直接导致苏南地区粮食生产急速衰退;耕地集约化利用度的不断提高,强化苏中和苏北地区的全省粮食生产基地的地位.对于江苏粮食生产区域分化的调控,提出要维持苏南主销区基本粮食生产、强化苏中和苏北部粮食主产区的生产优势,通过虚拟耕地贸易方案协调好产销区粮食经济关系.
