The 49th annual meeting of UNESCAP came to an end in Bangkok on April 29. After the meeting, the author patrolled the new conference center building for a week, and some people did go to the empty building. Next year’s annual meeting will be held in New Delhi, and the $ 40 million building appears to have to be deserted again.
