This paper firstly introduces the concept and basic principle of regional hydrogeological remote sensing interpretation, discusses the feasibility and advantage of the application of remote sensing interpretation in highway survey and design, and elaborates the application of remote sensing geological interpretation technology in highway survey and design In the engineering geological prospecting and alignment process, and pointed out that the remote sensing interpretation technology and GIS, GPS technology to form an integrated technical system is the application of highway engineering survey and design trends.
