水价改革是调整水供需关系、优化用水结构、促进水资源节约和保护的经济手段,是水利改革发展的关键环节.为充分发挥水价在水资源配置中的导向性作用,建立与甘肃省水资源相适应的水价形成机制,2013年,甘肃省水利厅开展了水价改革调研,重点调查了农业水价,了解了农村供水水价和城市水价.
