龙滩水电站尾水隧洞地质条件复杂多变,断层带和破碎带随处可见且规律性难以寻找,进行开挖施工困难。因此,在龙滩水电站尾水隧洞开挖施工中,在正常地段采用常规开挖支护方法,而在特殊地段采用特殊的开挖支护方法。文章介绍了龙滩水电站尾水隧洞施工项目主要的开挖支护施工方法及施工技术:例如,光面和预裂爆破技术、穿透性锚杆灌浆技术、浇筑明拱混凝土法、湿喷钢纤维混凝土技术、喷条带混凝土临时支撑法、小导管灌浆法、地质超前预报技术等,为在恶劣地质条件下开挖地下特大洞室积累了重要的施工经验。
The geological conditions of the tailrace tunnel of Longtan Hydropower Station are complicated and changeable. The fault zone and the crushing zone can be seen everywhere and the regularity is hard to find, and excavation is difficult. Therefore, in the excavation and construction of the tailrace tunnel of Longtan Hydropower Station, conventional excavation and support methods are adopted in normal sections and special excavation and support methods are used in special sections. This paper introduces the main excavation and support construction methods and construction techniques for tailrace tunnel construction of Longtan Hydropower Station: for example, smooth and pre-cracking blasting technology, penetrating anchor grouting technology, pouring crown arch concrete method, wet-spraying steel Fiber-reinforced concrete technology, temporary support of spray strip concrete, small conduit grouting method and advanced geological prediction technology have accumulated important construction experience for excavating extra-large underground caverns under harsh geological conditions.
