我厂于1976年初买进一台GD200型直流CO_2气体保护焊半自动焊机。由于送丝机构不稳定,多次检修不能解决;焊把约重2.5~3.0公斤,操作不方便,焊工不愿使用,因此焊机一直未用。根据我厂生产的特点,即在固定工作台上焊接尺寸较小(不超过500×500×500mm)的薄板结构。所以原手柄拉丝式焊枪可作长距离移动的优点在我厂不适用。为此我们对焊把及拉丝机构进行了改革。改革后的送丝机构为推丝机构。改革
