研究了来水来沙变化对潼关高程的影响和变化规律. 结果发现, 潼关高程的升降取决于库区水流能量的大小, 汛末潼关高程与考虑前期水流和运用条件的线性叠加水流能量之间具有较好的相关关系. 在入库水量变化小、坝前水位变化大时, 水位对库区冲淤和潼关高程变化起主要作用; 相反, 如果坝前水位变化不大, 而来水量变幅较大, 则潼关高程变化和库区的泥沙冲淤主要受入库水沙条件的影响.
