本文介绍用有限差分法数字模拟大型铸件凝固进程的方法和编制通用源程序的特点。提出了计算铸件同铸型、铸型同外界的热交换和共晶合金及具有凝固温度范围的合金计算凝固率的数学模型。凝固潜热依照随时间变化的凝固率计算.型料的热性能处理为温度的函数。编制的源程序可以模拟计算可化为二维问题的各种形状的铸件及各部位同时存在不同型料的铸型.文中还对两种大型螺旋桨的模型(普通冒口和保温冒口)做模拟计算,并与实测结果进行了比较.
This article describes the finite difference method of digital simulation of solidification process of large castings and preparation of common source program features. A mathematical model was proposed to calculate the solidification rate of castings with the same mold, heat exchange with the outside of the mold and the eutectic alloy and alloy with the solidification temperature range.
