目的:探讨三维超声成像技术在诊断胎儿唇腭裂中的应用价值。材料与方法:对2000余例20-30孕周孕妇的胎儿颜面部进行三维超声成像检查。结果:全部胎儿均能获得满意鼻唇部三维图像,其中12例胎儿有唇腭裂畸形,均经引产或产后证实,诊断正确率为100%。结论:三维超声成像技术能清晰、直观、准确地显示胎儿的颜面部,大大提高了胎儿唇腭裂的检出率。
Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate. Materials and Methods: Three-dimensional ultrasonography was performed on more than 2000 fetuses and fetuses of 20-30 gestational weeks pregnant women. Results: Satisfactory nasolabial three-dimensional images were obtained in all fetuses. Twelve fetuses had cleft lip and palate deformities, both of which were confirmed by induction of labor or after delivery. The diagnostic accuracy was 100%. Conclusion: Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can clearly and intuitively display the fetal facial area and greatly improve the detection rate of fetal cleft lip and palate.
