从分解者亚系统水平研究了碱茅土壤微生物生物量的季节变化、生态因子的季节变化以及生态因子对土壤微生物生物量的综合作用规律。微生物生物量和呼吸速率的季节动态呈单峰上凸式曲线变化 ,8月份有明显的高峰值出现 ,其值为 7.0 1× 10 - 3g·g- 1干土、18.82× 10 - 3CO2 g·g- 1干土·d- 1。同时利用IRM模型研究了生态因子对土壤微生物生物量变化的综合作用规律Mt+Δt=Mt0 [1+ (0 .35rn-RDR)Δt]。生态因子对土壤微生物生长的综合作用指数rn 在整个生长季节的变化范围为 0 .0 2 73~ 0 .72 6 4 ,其中 8、9月份rn 较大 ,对微生物生长的限制作用较小 ,微生物生长较快 ;5、6、7、10月rn 较小 ,对微生物生长的限制作用较大 ,微生物生长较慢。
The seasonal changes of soil microbial biomass, the seasonal changes of ecological factors and the integrated effects of ecological factors on soil microbial biomass were studied from the sub-system level of the decomposers. The seasonal dynamics of microbial biomass and respiration rate showed a monotone upward convex curve with obvious peaks in August and the values were 7.0 1 × 10 -3 g · g -1 dry soil and 18.82 × 10 -3 CO 2 g · g-1 dry soil · d-1. At the same time, IRM model was used to study the integrated action law of ecological factors on soil microbial biomass change Mt + Δt = Mt0 [1+ (0.35rn-RDR) Δt]. The comprehensive index rn of ecological factors on the growth of soil microorganisms varied from 0 2 73 to 0 72 46 in the whole growing season, of which, rn was larger in August and September and had less restriction on microbial growth. The growth rate is relatively fast; on the 5th, 6th, 7th and 10th months, the rn is small, which limits the growth of microorganisms and the growth of microorganisms is slow.
