采用CaZr_(0.9)In_(0.1)O_(3-α)质子导体传感法测定了钢脱H热处理过程中H的行为.氢传感器的阻抗谱表明氢传感器工作稳定,测定的数据精确可靠.测量了2钢种的p_(H_2)随温度的变化,及在600和800℃恒温时,p_(H_2)随时间的变化,分析了不同温度下钢脱H的效果,研究了H析出过程的速度限制步骤.实验结果表明,所研究的钢样去H热处理温度应高于600℃才能有效脱H,而温度大于727℃并不能进一步脱H.本文实验说明质子导体传感器可以用于在线、连续地检测固体钢中p_(H_2)的变化.
The behavior of H during the heat treatment of steel during H-removal was measured by CaZr_ (0.9) In_ (0.1) O_ (3-α) proton conductor method.The impedance spectrum of hydrogen sensor showed that the H_2 sensor was stable and the data was accurate and reliable. The change of p_ (H_2) with temperature and the change of p_ (H_2) with temperature at 600 and 800 ℃ were analyzed. The effect of H_ removal at different temperatures was analyzed. The experimental results show that the heat treatment temperature of H steel to be studied should be higher than 600 ℃ to effectively dehumidify H and the temperature can not be more than 727 ° C. The experiment of this paper shows that the proton conductor sensor can be used for online and continuous Detection of p_ (H_2) in solid steel.
