近年来,Genistein(金雀异黄素/染料木素)的血管活性作用越来越受到的重视。
In recent years, the vasoactive effects of genistein (genistein / genistein) have drawn increasing attention. Current studies show that Genistein regulates vascular smooth muscle contraction and contraction via an endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasomotor system that involves both genomic and non-genomic mechanisms. Genistein also interacts with estrogen receptors to exert estrogen-like effects through multiple signal transduction pathways. In addition, Genistein can act on the kidneys, increasing renal blood flow and urinary sodium excretion. Genistein also targets humoral regulatory systems such as the renin-angiotensin system. Animal research data show that the above synergies can achieve the effect of antihypertensive.
