在分析飞行塔类游乐设施吊挂装置结构特点的基础上,通过对某典型飞行塔类游乐设施-双塔跳楼机安全分析及单一失效点辨识,发现该类游乐设施座舱吊挂装置吊耳连接板存在重大安全隐患。仅采用简单角焊缝连接座舱和驱动钢丝绳,强度计算得出安全系数不满足规范要求。为此对该结构进行了结构分析,将简单的吊耳角焊缝变更为连接板、连接座结构,采用多向焊缝、定位销(块)、全熔透焊缝等形式连接,通过强度和疲劳计算证明优化后的结构更加合理,保证了设备运行的安全性和可靠性,为飞行塔类游乐设施吊挂装置设计提供了一定的参考。“,”Based on the analysis of seat hanging device of lfy tower amusement ride, there are some signiifcant security risks in the connection between the seat hanging plate and seat frame of twin towers according to the risk analysis and single failure point identiifcation. The safety factor cannot satisfy the requirement of GB 8408 regulation only by this simple angle weld seam. In this case, the connection structure is updated, from simple angle weld seam to the connecting plate, using the multi-weld seam, the location pin (block), the full penetration weld. It is proved that the update connection structure is more reasonable and safety by strength and fatigue calculations, that provide some referance for the design of lfy tower amusement ride.
