目的 比较 ELISA、IFAT和 PCR/生物素探针检测弓形虫感染的效果 ,了解中枢神经系统疾病中弓形虫感染的情况。方法 应用 EL ISA、IFAT和 PCR/生物素探针 (PCR-BP)对 164例脑囊虫病、10 8例疑似脑囊虫病、88例原发性癫痫患者和 115例健康人群进行了血清弓形虫抗体及血液中弓形虫特异序列 DNA检测和比较。结果 ELISA和 IFAT检测各组人群抗弓形虫抗体阳性率分别为 15 .85 %、14 .81%、13 .64 %和 6.0 9% ,14 .0 2 %、14 .81%、14 .77%和 6.0 9%。PCR-BP检测各组弓形虫特异性 DNA阳性率分别为 2 .44 % (4 /164 )、3 .70 % (4 /10 8)、3 .41% (3 /88)、0 (0 /115 )。结论 PCR/生物素探针适合诊断现症弓形虫感染 ,而 EL ISA和 IFAT可作为弓形虫感染的筛选方法。脑囊虫病、疑似脑囊虫病和原发性癫痫患者中存在弓形虫感染
Objective To compare the effects of ELISA, IFAT and PCR / biotin probes in the detection of Toxoplasma gondii infection and to understand the infection of Toxoplasma gondii in central nervous system diseases. Methods Totally 164 cases of cerebral cysticercosis, 108 cases of suspected cysticercosis, 88 cases of primary epilepsy and 115 healthy persons were enrolled in this study. Serum Toxoplasma gondii antibodies Detection and comparison of Toxoplasma gondii specific DNA in blood. Results The positive rates of anti-Toxoplasma antibody in each group were 15.85%, 14.81%, 13.64% and 6.09%, 14.0%, 14.81% and 14.77% respectively by ELISA and IFAT, And 6.0 9%. The positive rates of PCR-BP for detecting Toxoplasma gondii were 2.44% (4/164), 3.70% (4/108), 3.41% (3/88), 0 (0 / 115). Conclusion PCR / biotin probe is suitable for the diagnosis of Toxoplasma gondii infection, while EL ISA and IFAT can be used as a screening method for Toxoplasma gondii infection. Toxoplasma infections are present in patients with cysticercosis, suspected cysticercosis and essential epilepsy
