目的调查贺州市儿童地中海贫血(地贫)发生率及类型,为本地区该病防治及优生优育奠定基础。方法采用雅培CD-3700血球仪、美国Helena电泳系统分别进行红细胞参数、血红蛋白电泳分析。结果在800例中检出α地贫55例,血红蛋白H病8例,β地贫杂合子29例,检出率分别是6.88%、1.00%、3.63%。结论贺州市是地贫发生率较高地区,应加强对儿童进行血液学筛查和基因诊断。
Objective To investigate the prevalence and types of thalassemia among children in Hezhou and to lay a foundation for the prevention and treatment of euthyroidism in this area. Methods Abbott CD-3700 blood cell analyzer, the United States Helena electrophoresis system were red blood cell parameters, hemoglobin electrophoresis analysis. Results In 800 cases, 55 cases of α-thalassemia, 8 cases of hemoglobin H disease and 29 cases of β-thalassemia heterozygosis were detected. The detection rates were 6.88%, 1.00% and 3.63% respectively. Conclusion Hezhou City is a high incidence of thalassemia, hematology screening and genetic diagnosis should be strengthened for children.
