目的:本文运用近红外光谱技术建立一种快速测定不同连翘饮片中连翘酯苷A含量的新方法,为中药饮片的质量分析提供新思路。方法:采用2010年版《中国药典》规定的HPLC色谱法测定连翘饮片中连翘酯苷A的含量,利用近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立不同连翘饮片中连翘酯苷A的定量校正模型。结果:连翘酯苷A定量校正模型的内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.994 89,验证集相关系数(R2)为0.997 0,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.182。模型预测结果良好。结论:由此表明近红外光谱法简便准确,可用于不同连翘饮片连翘酯苷A含量的快速测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a new method for rapid determination of Forsythiaside A content in different Forsythia suspensa Pieces by near-infrared spectroscopy, providing new ideas for the quality analysis of Pieces of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: The content of forsythiaside A in Forsythia suspensa was determined by the HPLC Chromatography according to the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. Forsythiaside (Forsythiaside) in Forsythia suspensa (Forsythia suspensa) tablets was determined by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with partial least squares (PLS) A quantitative calibration model. Results: The internal cross validation coefficient (R2) of forsythiaside A was 0.994 89, the correlation coefficient (R2) of validation set was 0.997 0, and the root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) was 0.182. The model predicts good results. Conclusion: This shows that NIR spectroscopy is simple and accurate and can be used for the rapid determination of Forsythoside A content in different Forsythia suspensa Pieces.
