近年来,行动研究日益成为教师培训和教师发展的一个重要途径,“北京市中小学骨干教师成长与行动研究”项目拟通过行动研究的方式引领骨干教师在教育教学、研究、管理实践领域不断自主发展。教师专业发展的研究与教师培训的有效性研究是密不可分的,对教师培训的效果进行评估、分析,有助于发挥其推动教师专业发展的作用。本文首先对“北京市中小学骨干教师成长与行动研究”项目的实施效果进行评估和分析,结果发现项目取得初步的直接效果和间接效果。在此基础上进一步反思行动研究对促进教师专业发展的作用。
In recent years, action research is increasingly becoming an important approach to teacher training and teacher development. The project “Research on the Growth and Action of Backbone Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Beijing” is intended to lead the key teachers in the fields of education, teaching, research and management practices through action research Continuous self-development. The research on teacher professional development and the effectiveness of teacher training are inseparable. The evaluation and analysis of the effect of teacher training help to play its role of promoting the professional development of teachers. This paper firstly evaluates and analyzes the implementation effect of “Research on the Growth and Action of Backbone Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Beijing”. The results show that the project has achieved initial direct and indirect effects. On the basis of this, I further reflect on the role of action research in promoting teachers’ professional development.
