飞机设备舱门打开时会出现明显的空腔流动现象,附近流场发生剧烈振荡,可使舱体附近的舵面表面气动载荷出现强烈脉动,激发舵面结构模态产生剧烈振动。利用ANSYS CFX平台,通过二次开发程序实现了对上述现象进行CFD/CSD耦合计算分析,并研究了在不同来流条件下舵面结构响应的变化规律。
When the hatch of aircraft equipment opens, obvious cavity flow phenomenon occurs. The flow field in the vicinity of the cabin oscillates violently, which causes strong pulsation of the aerodynamic load on the surface of the rudder near the cabin and intense vibration of the structure of the rudder surface. Using ANSYS CFX platform, the CFD / CSD coupling calculation and analysis of the above phenomena are realized through the secondary development program, and the variation rules of the structure response under different incoming flows are studied.
