数字化标准工装定义的提出,是以原有协调方法作为前提条件,主要在飞机制造内应用,属于新兴协调方法。数字化标准工装在实际应用时,是以数字化设计制造技术与数字化测量系统作为基础条件,有效替代实物标准工装,推动飞机零件及装配工件现代化发展建设,有效解决飞机不同部位上存在的协调问题,缩短飞机工件生产制造时间。借助数字化标准工装实际应用案例,可以有效彰显出其具备的优越性,提升零件制造独立性,提升飞机可维护性能,推动飞机制造进一步发展。
