目的:调查了解消防某部新兵人格特征。方法:采用卡特尔16种个性因素问卷(16PF)对消防某部新兵518例进行测评,并与中国军人常模比较。结果:本次共检查出阳性51例,阳性率9.85%。除幻想性、实验性外,新兵的乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、世故性、自律性、内向与外向型、感情用事与安详机警型、心理健康因素、专业有成就个性因素和新环境中成长能力个性因素分值均显著或非常显著高于中国军人常模(P<0.05,P<0.01),怀疑性、忧虑性、独立性、紧张性、适应与焦虑型、创造能力个性因素分值均非常显著低于中国军人常模(P<0.01)。高中及中专组聪慧性、恃强性、独立性、怯懦与果断型、创造能力个性因素分值均显著或非常显著低于大专及以上组(P<0.05,P<0.01),世故性分值非常显著高于大专及以上组(P<0.01),16PF其他各因子分值差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:消防新兵的心理素质水平低于中国军人常模,应有针对性的进行干预,提高新兵的心理素质。
Objective: To investigate the personality traits of recruits in a certain fire department. Methods: A total of 518 new recruits in a fire department were evaluated by using 16 QFs of cartel, and compared with Chinese soldiers. There was no significant difference in other factors of 16PF between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The level of psychological qualifications of fire recruits is lower than that of Chinese servicemen. Intervention should be targeted to improve the psychological quality of recruits.
