本文用抗肝癌细胞膜抗原HAg18－1的单克隆抗体HAg18－1检测血清中该抗原的含量，同时检测AFP以评估该法的肝癌诊断价值。现将结果报告如下。材料与方法一、病例选择用此法对41例原发性肝癌，9例转移性肝癌，门例肝外恶性肿瘤，55例良性肝病进行了检测，并以26例健康人作为对照?
In this article, the anti-hepatoma cell membrane antigen HAg18-1 monoclonal antibody HAg18-1 was used to detect the content of this antigen in serum, and AFP was also tested to evaluate the diagnostic value of this method for liver cancer. Case selection This method was used to detect 41 cases of primary liver cancer, 9 cases of metastatic liver cancer, extrahepatic malignancies, and 55 cases of benign liver disease. 26 healthy people were used as controls.
