本文用放射免疫法检测HBsAg,对HBsAg阳性慢迁肝现患者家中蚊虫与健康人家中蚊虫调查,发现HBsAg阳性患者家中7份标本中有3份HBsAg阳性,阳性率为42.9％,而健康人家中16份蚊标本中全部HBsAg阴性。
