用小角激光散射法(SALS)和偏光显微镜(PLM)研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)的结晶形态.结果表明,在很宽的温度范围,PPS能形成完整的球晶,球晶大小随结品温度升高而增大.用DSC、SALS、PLM、X射线衍射研究了PPS和PET的共混体系.发现不同配比的共混物的DSC图中均有两个熔点峰,PPS的Tm稍有下降,而PET的Tm不变;同样它们的x射线衍射图始终存在PPS和PET的衍射峰;从溶度参数比较,PPS和PET相差较大.
The crystal morphology of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) was investigated by SALS and PLM.The results showed that PPS could form complete spherulites over a wide range of temperature with spherulite size The results showed that the blends of PPS and PET were studied by DSC, SALS, PLM and X-ray diffraction.It was found that there were two melting peaks in the DSC of blends with different proportions, and the Tm of PPS Slightly decreased, while the PET Tm unchanged; the same their x-ray diffraction pattern there is always PPS and PET diffraction peaks; from the solubility parameters, PPS and PET larger difference.
