作者应用CCl_1、高脂低蛋白复合因素制造大鼠肝硬变模型,测定大鼠血氨基酸水平.结果表明.支链氨基酸(BCAA)水平明显降低,而芳香族氨基酸(AAA)明显增高,BCAA/AAA比值显著增高.这些变化与临床肝硬变患者的变化相一致,因此该模型对研究肝硬变时氨基酸失衡的机制以及筛选临床上行之有效的治疗肝硬变的药物,均有良好的价值.
The author used CCl_1, high-fat and low-protein composite factors to make rat model of cirrhosis and determined the levels of blood amino acids in rats.The results showed that the levels of BCAA and BCAA were significantly decreased, while the values of AAAA and BCAA / AAA ratio was significantly increased.These changes consistent with the changes in patients with clinical cirrhosis, so the model for the study of the mechanism of amino acid imbalance in cirrhosis and screening of clinically effective drugs for the treatment of cirrhosis have good value .
