在钢水罐内加热钢水的技术是为适应钢水在罐内炉外精炼处理而发展起来的。它的研制和发展,为转炉厂广泛采用各种炉外精炼技术生产高级合金钢种创造了有利的条件。在转炉炼钢车间采用此项新技术,可以降低转炉的出钢温度,提高转炉炉衬的使用寿命,提高转炉-钢水罐精炼工艺的经济性。此外,它还有利于转炉和连铸机的密切配合,实现转炉一连铸生产的流畅化。目前国外钢厂采用钢水罐内加热钢水的技术有:电弧加热法、高频加热法、等离子加热
The technology of heating molten steel in steel tanks is developed to adapt the refining of molten steel outside the tank. Its research and development has created favorable conditions for the extensive use of various extra-steel refining technologies for the production of advanced alloy steel in BOF plants. The adoption of this new technology in the converter steelmaking plant can reduce the tapping temperature of the converter, increase the service life of the converter lining and improve the economy of the converter-steel tank refining process. In addition, it is also conducive to the close cooperation between the converter and continuous casting machine, to achieve a smooth casting converter production. At present, foreign steel mills using molten steel heating steel technology: arc heating method, high frequency heating method, plasma heating
