开展有效的交流和沟通,建立读者交流机制是以人为本服务理念在图书馆服务工作中的一种体现。在阐述现代人际交流模式的基础上,探讨了高职院校图书馆采取传统的面对面直接交流方式和网络虚拟交流方式,开展信息服务的策略。
Carrying out effective exchange and communication and establishing a reader exchange mechanism are an embodiment of the concept of people-oriented service in the work of library services. On the basis of expatiating on the mode of modern interpersonal communication, this paper discusses the strategy of carrying out information service by adopting the traditional face-to-face direct communication mode and network virtual communication mode in higher vocational college libraries.
