以聚丙烯纤维和玄武岩纤维混杂,进行了混杂纤维增强水泥砂浆的抗压、抗折及抗弯性能的试验研究。研究结果表明,混杂纤维并不能显著提高基体的抗压强度,但在总体积掺率为0.15%,BF∶PP(体积比)=1∶1时,混杂纤维提高了水泥砂浆28 d的抗折强度和抗弯强度,较单掺纤维的水泥砂浆表现出一定的优势;由于聚丙烯纤维和玄武岩纤维在基体中发挥不同的作用,使得混杂纤维在提高基体强度的同时,也改善了水泥砂浆的弯曲韧性。
