目的 了解慢性阻塞性肺病患者脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)及体表面感觉诱发电位(SEP)的变化。 方法 应用丹迪公司Keypoit型神经肌电描记仪对32例慢阻肺患者进行BAEP及SEP检测,并与35例同龄健康 人的检测结果作比较。结果 慢阻肺患者组BAEP显示V波潜伏期和Ⅰ~Ⅴ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期明显延长,Ⅰ 波、Ⅲ波潜伏期基本正常。SEP显示P40、N45、P60、N75潜伏期均明显延长。结论 慢阻肺患者存在广泛脑功能损 害,BAEP和SEP检测能早期发现慢阻肺患者神经精神亚临床损害。
Objective To investigate the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and body surface sensory evoked potential (SEP) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 32 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were examined by Keypoit electromyogram with Dandy, and compared with the results of 35 healthy controls of the same age. Results In chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group, the BAEP showed that the latency of V wave and latency between Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ and Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ peaks were prolonged obviously. The latency of Ⅰ and Ⅲ wave was normal. SEP showed P40, N45, P60, N75 latency were significantly prolonged. Conclusion There is extensive brain dysfunction in COPD patients. The detection of neuropsychiatric subclinical damage in patients with COPD can be detected early by BAEP and SEP.
